Keynote Speaker: Iesha Armstrong

Coach Iesha has been a Certified Personal Development Coach since 2017. Consecrate Coaching was launched virtually in 2019, which later became an LLC at the end of 2020 under the name Consecrate Brand. Under the Consecrate Brand Iesha had a radio and podcast, Consecrate Chronicles Show, to encourage and inspire others to live in authenticity that’s found in Christ alone. 

She obtained her certification in Personal Development Life Coaching: Level 1 through Living On Purpose University under Master Life Coach Kimberly Jones. Iesha also graduated with a Masters Degree in Counseling with a minor in Life Coaching from Liberty University in 2018. Iesha has been under the tutelage of Apostles Louis and Kimberly Jones of For His Glory Global since 2017, Mentor Elder Cheryl Singeltary of Dreamers of Dreams International since September 2020, Mentor Shamel Solomon of Next Level Youniversity since 2021, Mentor Pastor Rachel Senior of Business of Dreams since May 2022, and Mentor Prophetess Carla Clark of Lions Roar Ministries since January 2023.   

Iesha’s passion is to see people walking in the fullness of what Christ has for them. This freedom comes from divorcing the lies of traumatic experiences and marrying the truth of your predestined identity. It is from her own experiences of being oppressed by traumatic experiences such as multiple molestations, abusive relationships, and deeply rooted fears that Iesha has overcome that she desires that others overcome as well. Her goal is to reach back for the ones that are in the place she was and guide them to the freedom she has found.  

Iesha is a published author. Her first book Consecrate was an interpersonal reflection of who she was as an evolving woman. The Veil of Deception is a teaching tool to understand the obstacles in life that are designed to deceive us from living a life of truth and purpose. Watch Your Mouth is a declarative journal that encourages individuals to use the power of their word to shape their life and atmospheres. In addition, Iesha is a published independent music artist who has her two projects, #iSeeYouFree and Royal Priesthood, streaming on all music platforms.   

Iesha loves her faith in Christ, her family, and football. A wife and mother to 4 children, Iesha loves to spend her time creating fun adventures with them as they travel and explore the world. Iesha has been a fan of the Green Bay Packers for over 25 years. She enjoys helping others, watching The Chosen, and having good laughs over a good meal with the special people in her life.
